The Task
8-page WordPress Website with e-commerce functionality including professional SEO copywriting, blog functionality, social media integration and Voice of Customer research. The website used WooCommerce with all e-commerce pages custom designed to the Pure Souls branding.
Overview
Pure Souls Pet Aquacremation offers a gentle and more natural way for pet owners to say goodbye to their beloved pets. Linda and Giacomo had previously had a website built using a template but the layout and structure of the website wasn’t serving their business right, and the website was difficult to change. They loved how beautiful the template was and wanted to carry that across to their new website. They were also keen on the flexibility to scale the website as their business grew. Linda really wanted the website to speak to pet owners who were facing one of the most difficult times in their lives, so it was important to use conversational copy that created connections and trust.
Linda and Giacomo are the loveliest of people and true animal lovers. Together, we navigated what was the first e-commerce website ever (a complex one to start with that’s for sure!) designed and built by Meridian Digital! We were also able to carry over some of the beautiful animated imagery from the original theme.
