The Eczema Association of Australasia, a leading non-profit dedicated to supporting those affected by eczema, sought to amplify their online presence and engagement.
The Eczema Association of Australasia worked with Meridian Digital as an ongoing digital partner, supporting their mission to improve quality of life for Australians affected by eczema through education, advocacy, and community connection.
Our role focused on strengthening the Association’s digital presence, credibility, and accessibility. Meridian Digital provided integrated digital marketing support including social media strategy and management, targeted Meta awareness campaigns, inbound and outbound engagement, and ongoing content development. We also designed and delivered a modern, user-friendly website, including a fully revamped membership portal to support education, member access, and long-term scalability.
All activity was guided by a clear strategy prioritising trust, accessibility, and meaningful engagement over short-term vanity metrics.
The result was a cohesive, reliable digital ecosystem that supports the Association’s role as a trusted authority — while reducing the internal burden of managing multiple digital channels and campaigns.
