We've written for all sorts of industries including tech start-ups, professional business and life coaches, tradies, residential real estate firms, graphic designers and marketing agencies and website companies (to name a few).
For website design, our packages are geared more toward service-based businesses. Generally, I don't work with e-commerce business owners but if you love what you see, let's chat.
Even if your industry is new to us, we have a thorough onboarding process that lets us quickly come up to speed with its unique qualities and target market. We invest time in getting to know you, your business, your industry and your target market really (like 'really'!) well.
This totally depends on the size and complexity of your project. Once we complete our onboarding questionnaire we'll provide clear timeframes for your project. This means you'll know when each stage of your copy is due and how long you have to submit revisions.
We also offer a 14-day guarantee. After sending through the first draft, you have up to 14 days to discuss your revisions with us. Within the 14-day guarantee period, we guarantee to turn your changes around as soon as possible so you can get on with your business, and put your new copy or content to work for you.
This depends on how booked up we are and whether we're a good fit for your business. We give priority to existing projects and our clients love that we work hard to meet their deadlines.
It's a good idea to reach out to us early on (at least 4 - 6 weeks before you need to start your project). We'll let you know upfront if I can't meet your deadline.
