Yes - we will ask you to supply any content that you have on hand before we start and throughout our agreement (video and photo). We find that some of the most engaging content is from behind the scenes of your business, including of you and your team.
The minimum engagement is a three-month retainer, but for maximum results, we encourage clients to commit to partnering with us for six months. Each month is paid in advance, and we ask that clients leave the posting to us - unless you have a specific request which we're more than happy to slot into your account schedule
That depends - do you want to slot hours of time into your already hectic week to brainstorm content ideas, create on-brand graphics, write hooks and compelling captions, create reels, schedule posts and engage with your community to boost your efforts? Effective social media management must be consistent with carefully crafted and well-thought-out content. If you don't have the time or you don't want the headaches, yes - you need a social media manager.
Hell yes, you can! We have clients who have chosen a custom-designed Meridian Package to support all their digital marketing needs - and they haven't looked back. It's like having their own in-house digital marketing team without all the extra overheads! Now, there are some restrictions on what you can use your bonus hours for, but we'll work through all of that during your initial consultation call and in our proposal.
