The Task

Mary-Ann is a licensed real estate agent currently working with Next Property Group, Maroochydore. Being based in Pelican Waters, she primarily look after listings and buyers in the southern end of the Sunshine Coast.

Mary-Ann’s goals were:

To build awareness of her brand and establish expertise and trust within her region and the Sunshine Coast real estate industry. She was keen to set herself apart from competitors by promoting her unique selling points – like extended open homes, and dedication to her clients by limiting your listings so they have your full attention. Mary-Ann had a very limited social media presence, so our goal was to boost this through consistent posting, branded graphics and content that is engaging and valuable to your target audience. Of course, the ultimate goal for Mary-Ann wasn’t just increasing online presence, but increasing referrals, listings and ultimately – sales.
